About Our Client
Our client is a leading seafood supplier to a mix of the major UK food and convenience retailers. They are well known for their innovation and ability to be proactive to the latest trends in the marketplace. As an established, but relatively lean business, with a hands-on senior management team they are dynamic and make business decisions quickly to best serve customers and consumers alike. This approach has enabled them to grow quickly and is the backbone of their plans to double the size of the business in the next four years. The business started as family-owned and run, but has been through an exciting period recently where the senior team own a share of the business. The business has invested significantly in its operational capability and strengthened the Board and Senior Management team. Our client's product range includes a medium-sized but recognisable brand, own label, value-added, frozen, chilled and ready to cook.
