Are you a master communicator looking to play a pivotal role as a Key Account Manager for a dynamic and forward-thinking business with over 18 years' experience working with high street, online retail, trade and contract customers?

Looking to take on an existing account base that you can grow with?

This is your opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth of Grandhome through strategic initiatives, being the primary point of contact between Grandhome and their customers.

What will I be doing?

You will be managing customer relationships of 4 or 5 accounts across Europe to begin with. This includes being the first point of contact for Grandhome's customers and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and challenges.

This role offers you the opportunity to become a product expert, developing an in-depth understanding of Grandhome's product portfolio while regularly reviewing market dynamics, including pricing trends and product offerings.

You will also be conducting strategic account reviews and identifying opportunities, devise strategies and plans for the future. You will be highly skilled at working with numbers, analysing data and presenting reports to your customers and Management. You will be working alongside the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage contracts and negotiate terms for long-term partnerships.

What do I need?

Grandhome is looking for a candidate who is willing to proactively identify growth opportunities for customer accounts, anticipate customer needs and potential challenges, and take initiative to address issues before they escalate.

You will be a master communicator, excelling in communication skills-both written and verbal. Having the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely while also fostering open dialogue with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders is an essential part to this role.
