About the Role:

As a Line Leader reporting to the Team Leader, you'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your role is crucial to maximizing team productivity and equipment efficiency through targeted KPIs.

Leading by example, you'll motivate and develop your team, ensuring high levels of productivity, coordinating safety checks, and adhering to quality and hygiene standards.

For those who want to go the extra mile or are looking for some extra money, there is also paid overtime available.

What you'll need:

* Previous experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
* IT proficiency
* The ability to work with your own initiative.
* Being able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* Previous experience working within a food manufacturing environment.
* A positive mindset
* A Food Hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP)
