We're working with a standout name in plant-based food production - a business known for creating delicious, wholesome products that are loved nationwide. They're on the lookout for a Permanent Nights Engineer to keep things running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.

About the Role

As one of two Night Engineers, you'll play a vital part in ensuring machinery runs efficiently through the night shift. You'll take ownership of your work, troubleshoot issues, and keep production rolling. With the freedom to prioritise tasks and opportunities to upskill, this is more than just maintenance, it's a career move.

The site is home to a broad range of machinery, making every shift varied and engaging. From ovens to packaging lines and metal detectors, there's plenty to challenge and grow your engineering skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
  • Supporting site safety and ensuring compliance with BRC standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects

The Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:45pm - 6:00am

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Up to £47k depending on Experience
