Maintenance Manager - Leading FMCG Manufacturer
We're working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected UK food manufacturer based near Lincoln. Known for its strong focus on sustainability, cutting-edge processes, and commitment to employee wellbeing, this business plays a key role in supplying some of the country's best-known food retailers.
They are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering team at a busy, high-volume production site. If you're passionate about driving standards, leading people, and optimising performance in a fast-paced environment - this could be the perfect next step.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Skilled in managing engineering budgets and maintenance schedules
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- IOSH qualified (NEBOSH desirable)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong RCA/report writing experience
- Qualified to a high standard in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years in a management-level role
