This is a fantastic opportunity to onboard with a business growing from strength to strength - looking for a National Account Manager in a newly created role to manage a rapidly increasing customer base.

This is an ideal role for an experienced account manager ready to lead big projects, influence key decisions, and build strong client relationships.

Our client are a growing, values-led logistics business delivering supply chain solutions to some of the UK's best-known brands. As they scale, they're looking for a talented National Account Manager to join the team and take the lead on high-impact customer relationships that drive results.

This is more than a coordination role-it's a chance to make a measurable difference in the business and how supply chains are managed and improved.


The role:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for high-value customer accounts

  • Translating business needs into practical solutions that improve service and efficiency

  • Collaborating with internal teams across logistics, compliance, and operations to exceed expectations

  • Analysing KPIs and driving consistent improvements

  • Leading with commercial awareness and finding win-win outcomes in negotiations

  • Managing multiple projects and maintaining exceptional service levels at all times


Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder

  • Strong leadership mindset and the ability to influence across teams

  • Commercially sharp with proven negotiation skills

  • Calm under pressure and proactive in problem-solving

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-focused

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in an Account Management or Supply chain role - experience in a Food or FMCG sectors is a bonus

  • Experience working in logistics or a similar fast-paced, operational environment

  • Confidence managing performance metrics, reporting, and KPIs

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics principle
