Nursery Supervisor | Nottinghamshire | Up to £25k

Are you an experienced grower looking to take the next step up? Are you currently working within the horticulture industry and looking for a new challenge?

We are working with a family run business with over 30 years' experience of providing quality wholesale plants to the landscape and amenity markets, growing over 4,000 varieties of plants.

You will be responsible for overseeing the nursery production at one of their two sites. You will be reporting to the Nursery Manager and responsible for a small team.

Growing both indoor and outdoor crops, you will be confident in the growing process, including pest and disease management, crop walking and spraying. PA1 and PA2 are essential and a formal horticulture qualification is desirable. You will have a vast knowledge of plants and will be comfortable sharing this and providing support to customers.
