Outdoor Leisure & Christmas Supervisor - Surrey
Full Time - 40 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
Salary - Dependent on experience

We're looking for an organised, practical, and friendly supervisor who enjoys creating attractive displays and thrives in a busy, customer-focused garden centre.

About the Role:
As the Outdoor Leisure & Christmas Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for key product areas, including ordering, merchandising, stock control, and creating eye-catching displays that engage customers. You'll support the team by leading through example and ensuring high standards of service and presentation are consistently maintained.

Who We're Looking For:

• A confident, well-presented individual with a genuine interest in Outdoor Leisure and Christmas retail and a strong focus on customer care.

• Experience in retail operations such as stock management, ordering, merchandising, and interpreting sales data.

• A creative, hands-on visual merchandiser who enjoys building inspiring displays and supporting their team daily.

• Comfortable using EPOS systems and able to identify and manage slow-moving stock.

• A strong communicator and organiser who can motivate the team and deputise for the Department Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product categories and supplier relationships.

• Monitor sales and ensure promotional materials are up to date and effective.

• Maintain excellent visual and retail standards throughout the department.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, including providing advice and helping with carry-to-car services.

• Act as Deputy during the Department Manager's absence and keep the team informed of updates.

• Ensure the shop floor is tidy, well-stocked, and inviting at all times.
