Are you an experienced Payroll Manager with expertise in the Resource Link (Zellis) system? Our client in the retail sector is looking for a highly technical professional to manage payroll operations for over 5,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of all statutory reporting for the UK, including tax, national insurance, social security returns, and National Statistics surveys and reports.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on all payroll, benefits, and pension-related matters.
- Act as a Resource Link "superuser," offering advice, coaching, and training for managers using the system, and serving as the support desk for all technical queries.
- Conduct regular checks across the payroll system to ensure data accuracy and consistency, coordinating with managers for necessary updates.
- Implement any structural or process changes within Resource Link as required.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with the Resource Link (Zellis) system.
- Proven track record of managing payroll for over 5,000 employees.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
