About Our Client
We are working with a very impressive and forward thinking e-Commerce business who have established themselves as the leading business in their category. They have always been driven by being the best and the leading the way, be that in their internal processes or their approach to ethical and sustainable business practices. They have seen incredible growth over the last few years and as a result of recently moving to a new site, they have a very exciting opportunity for a Studio Manager to join the business and manage all of their website imagery requirements.

About the Job
You will be responsible for running a new and well equipped in house studio, providing material for all of their internal and external imagery needs. You will have a lot of creative control about how the images and videos are produced and a lot of influence on any external work the business undertakes. There is a requirement for new content on a very regular basis so there will never be a dull day. The business have a reputation for being the best in class and this is the ongoing requirement. You will be managing a Studio Assistant as well, to ensure the volume of work is managed effectively. A lot of the work will be product shots ensuring their ranges are displayed and positioned to best effect, but you also be tasked with ensuring any promotional / marketing work the business undertake is executed well also.

The Ideal Candidate
You will likely have been running a creative photography studio in one form or another. You will need to be fully versed in the Full Adobe Suite of programmes, and be very competent at editing. You will need to be very disciplined and maintain a huge amount of attention to detail as the busy operate at a significant pace. The business has invested heavily in setting up this studio and you will not be disappointed with the equipment available to you.
