Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the day-to-day across the Plant Area and stepping in when the Manager is off.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction are met by all staff.
• Carry out effective plant maintenance to make sure profit is maximised and waste is limited.
• Train and lead a dedicated team when it comes to plants and customer service.

You

The candidate we are looking for is someone who has worked within Plant Area and either has Supervisor experience or is seeking that next step up. Garden Retail experience is preferred but not necessarily essential.
