About Our Client

You will be joining a long-standing company that work to create and maintain a business that strives to provide the very best and professional service across the property sector. With offices nationwide, you will be a part of the Inverness office.

About The Role

In this role you will be accountable for providing proactive administrative support to the land management team through various duties. You will ensure that any documentation is completed ready for presentation, deal with any incoming and outgoing correspondence, diary management, carry out any client oboarding, screening/anti-money laundering processes and ensuring overall running of the office and team is maintained to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and professional. In addition to this, you will need to be able to build and maintain trust and confidentiality with both existing and new clients. You will need to be familiar with HMRC. Ideally, you will be familiar with AML requirements and AML administrative post.
