You will oversee the procurement function for the business and be the vital link between growers and customers. You will also oversee the agronomy function, examining varieties, providing technical advice to grower clients, and staying up to date with the latest market trends. As a member of the board, you will have a greater amount of influence on the strategy and direction of the business for the short, medium and long-term.

The role will be challenging. The supply of quality products is tight. The customers are very demanding and relentless in their demands for the best quality produce at the best price. This won't be easy, and you'll need to be able to hold your own and influence internal and external stakeholders.
