About our Client

Our client is an innovative and dynamic soft fruit grower, who has grown from strength to strength. They grow on nearly 200 hectares across the UK and are known for their polytunnel and substrate operation. They also grow across the world, allowing them a year-round fruit supply.

About the Role

This exciting role will be reporting to the Propagation Husbandry Manager. You will be learning, and be responsible for, all aspects of plant growing and propagation including crop walking, spraying, irrigation, and quality control. As the role progresses, you will be managing a small team, looking into budgets, and supporting the Husbandry Manager on a larger scale.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have a couple of years of experience in a commercial growing environment and have an interest in propagation. You will be looking for a long-term career within soft fruit growing and be able to adapt to, and encourage, change within the business.
