Are you a Propagation Manager in a Fresh Produce business looking for something new?

The Client

Our client is a family ran business who has become a leading fruit grower. They grow Strawberries, Raspberries and Blackberries and sell into the supermarkets and farm shops nationwide.

The Role

The role will be ensuring operations are carried out to a high standard and managing the propagation sites. You will be part of the management team so you will be required to report on the progress at the site and raise any issues. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of all associated activities required for the propagation business to include team allocation and movement.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role in agriculture or Horticulture. This role would suit someone who also has experience managing small teams. Experience of managing a diverse team and strong leadership skills. This is also a hands-on role and we expect the candidate to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
