Purchase Ledger Supervisor/Team Leader
Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor who is looking for their next challenger?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Purchase Ledger Supervisor/Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Purchase Ledger (PL) and a proven track record of managing teams in an office or similar environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Purchase Ledger team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Purchase Ledger professionals.
- Provide guidance on daily tasks, professional development, and team collaboration.
- Implement and maintain effective processes for invoice reconciliation.
- Resolve discrepancies and liaise with vendors to address any invoice-related issues.
- Manage and maintain the purchase ledger database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring suppliers are upholding their end of agreed terms & conditions / cost prices & discounts and highlighting all instances in which suppliers are failing to do so.
Required
- Previous experience in Purchase Ledger roles with a strong understanding of invoice reconciliation.
- Proven experience in team management in an office or similar environment.
- Excellent database management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Working Hours
40 Hours Per Week Flexible hours between 8.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
