The Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join their team. This role supports the delivery of top-tier food safety and quality standards throughout their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out QC checks on fresh produce
• Ensuring food safety and quality compliance within the work area
• Supporting internal auditing and hygiene inspection programmes
• Maintaining accurate process records
• Identifying and reporting quality or food safety concerns
• Assisting with waste management and reporting
• Performing other duties as required by the line manager

Person Specification:

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to food safety, quality, and health & safety
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a quality/technical role within fresh produce is desirable
• Flexible approach to working hours, particularly during seasonal peaks
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with a high standard of compliance
