Quality Controller - Entry-Level Opportunity | Boston
Are you ready to take the next step in your food industry career? We're looking to for a Quality Controller at a newly refurbished, high-care facility with over £1 million invested this year.
This is a hands-on, factory-based role, perfect for someone looking to transition from production or line work into the technical world of food safety and quality.
What you'll do:
Support the day-to-day factory operation from a quality and compliance point of view
Carry out internal audits, swabbing, and QAS checks
Help champion our Quality Management System (QMS)
Contribute to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and product quality
Jump on the line if needed - teamwork is everything here
What we're looking for:
Someone with attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn
Experience in QC/QA is a bonus - but not essential
Ideal for a current line operator or production team member looking to move into technical
You'll be confident working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
Location:
Easily commutable from Boston, Spalding, Sleaford and surrounding areas.
