We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's technical team as a Quality Manager based in Cheshire. This role is Customer Facing + has various progression opportunities, a truly great opportunity for any current Quality Manager looking to add strings to their bow.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet or exceed regulatory and customer quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality management systems, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor production from raw materials to finished products.
- Conduct regular audits of production facilities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve any quality issues or customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to food quality and safety.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers on quality-related matters, including participating in customer audits and visits.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Quality Management Experience in Food
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to represent the company professionally in-front of Customers.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
