Recruitment and Welfare Manager | Cambridgeshire

Everyone knows that if a company looks after their employees then the employees will look after the company. We are looking for a recruitment and welfare manager to support and assist the operational teams with the recruitment and accommodation provision for seasonal staff and contractors.

The Role

Essentially your whole focus will be on your employees; covering everything from recruitment, onboarding, accommodation, travel etc for the duration of their contract.

You will work closely with other teams within the Group to ensure the delivery of a complete, seamless customer focus service.

Ensure compliance with legal, HR and company policies and procedures.

With the support of the team you will deliver the highest calibre of directly sourced seasonal employees, whilst consistently liaising with all operational parties to ensure that the correct volumes of employees are available.

Manage the seasonal services to provide accommodation at all accommodation sites including the management of the same at the point of occupancy whilst maintaining hygiene levels to the maximum.

The Candidate

We're looking for a leader, perhaps you've been in a similar position before for a fresh produce business.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and build relationships with people at all working levels.

Maintain a professional and commercial approach to HR with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
