About the Job:

You will utilise your retail buying expertise to continue to drive performance across your team and categories. You will be a dynamic leader and a real influencer of internal and external stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of delivering commercial wins, as well as being able to show the ability to lead a team. You will be very commercially savvy as well as having a broad technical and NPD understanding. You will be able to make decisions keeping the customers in mind and work with suppliers to develop a range that appeals to shoppers.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail buying and you will have consistently delivered results throughout your career to date. You will be a strong negotiator, a team leader and a real influencer.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you will need to have great commercial acumen, have a proven track record as a buyer and understand the retail supply chain. You will also need to be hard working, willing to go the extra mile and have experience in driving a commercial strategy for a category.
