An exciting opportunity has arisen with a successful, rural consultancy, assisting mainly with estate management of traditional, thriving, family owned estates. This is an up and coming business with room for further growth. Seeking a qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor based in Northamptonshire.

This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate wishing to take responsibility for delivering diverse estate management advice and to get involved in a whole range of rural businesses. You will be the principal contact and have immediate responsibility to deliver on the aspirations of those clients.

The Job:
Commercial property management
Supporting the Farm Manager
Project work such as barn conversions, commercial storage
Negotiating new lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals
Diversification and development projects
Improving the appearance of commercial elements of the Estate.
Overseeing the drafting of planning applications.
Investigating new farm techniques

The Candidate:
A RICS accredited degree
Great networker
Strong interest in all matters concerning agricultural property.
Knowledge of rural land management
Able to work individually or as a team player.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
