We're looking for someone with strong plant knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a friendly, professional manner to help lead our plant area team. You'll join a thriving garden centre known for quality, growth, and a true passion for horticulture.

Your Role:

As a Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping the plant area running smoothly. From managing stock and creating eye-catching displays to supporting customers and maintaining high retail standards, you'll be hands-on every day. You'll also step in to lead the team when the Department Manager is away, helping to organise tasks and keep everything on track.

What We're Looking For:

Bring a genuine passion for plants and gardening, along with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Use your attention to detail and creativity to set up attractive, easy-to-shop displays that make the plant area feel welcoming and inspiring.

Manage stock effectively, including ordering, tracking performance, and handling slow-moving items.

Deliver excellent customer service, offering advice and hands-on support, including carry-to-car assistance.

Support the team by organising daily tasks, communicating updates, and stepping in for the Department Manager when needed.
