About The Role
You will be responsible for leading a team to produce high-quality cereal seed crops throughout the year. You will be communicating with growers and other managers on site to plan the production effectively. Managing operating costs, trade assurance schemes and maintaining policies will also fall into your remit.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with experience with seed, whether this is on farm, in a lab or elsewhere. Communication is a key part of the role, as you will be dealing with colleagues and customers regularly.
