Are you a skilled engineer with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for excellence? We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Your Role

Maintenance Utilize your diverse engineering skills to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of equipment and infrastructure.

Proactive Performance: Complete both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, always aiming to meet or exceed our KPI targets.

Strategic Surveillance: Engage in condition monitoring and swiftly address any changes, ensuring the integrity of our department and factory procedures.

Technical Troubleshooting: Showcase your expertise in diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing PLC control systems.

Effective Communication: Share vital information regarding engineering activities, maintain SHE standards, and ensure adherence to GMP standards with a 'clean as you go' approach.

Collaborative Culture: Participate in shift handovers and maintain open communication channels to keep all team members informed and aligned.

Insightful Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and complete IFS/CMMS task reports with accuracy and insight.

Essential Qualifications:

A recognized apprenticeship in a modern factory environment.

Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Hands-on experience with automation and PLC systems.

Desirable Experience:

A background in manufacturing or industrial maintenance engineering.
