Shift Operations Manager | Milton Keynes

Salary: DOE
Hours: 4 on 4 off (2days, 2 nights)

As Shift Manager, you will have responsibility for both the Production and Warehouse Functions, enusring that they are operating smoothly, efficiently and effectiveness. Everything else within the role, is quite normal for a Shift Management role, when it comes to managing KPI's, HR requirements and ensuring that stock and product availability is maintained throughout both the business and process.

What you need?

• Experience of "hands on" management within FMCG or Food Manufacturing
• A proven track record of Lean manufacturing tools/principles (5s, 6 sigma, etc.)
• Proactive, Energetic and lead from the front mentality
