About the Role:

As the Site Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the team delivers top-notch products to their customers. You'll oversee and support the Styling and Quality teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. From monitoring bouquet quality to managing production stylists and quality controllers, you'll be at the forefront of the commitment to exceptional quality.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the highest quality standards are met and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring customer feedback and spearheading quality analysis efforts
  • Managing and supporting production stylists and quality controllers
  • Conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions
  • Collaborating with the production team to meet business and quality KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-5 years of operational team management experience
  • Background in production or flower business is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and ability to identify and solve issues
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
