Stand-in Shift Manager | Food | Hertfordshire

Salary: £DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri (Mornings & Afternoons)

You will ultimately work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure that products are being manufactured, processed, packed and moved on in a cost effective, efficient and optimal manner. H&S, Food Safety, Hygiene and compliance are a major focus for the business, so you will need to be hot on this and be passion about maintained the safest and highest of standards.

If you are also interested in Continuous Improvement, then this could also be a great opportunity, as they are always looking to innovate and will want this individual to be heavily involved in CI Projects across the business.

What do you need?

• Previous experience within Food Manufacturing
• Experience of Managing teams, shift and FMCG operational processes.
• Some degree of knowledge, and understanding of H&S, Food Safety and Food Hygiene.
• A can do, flexible and hard working attitude.
