Your Role as a Store Manager:

As a Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's success. You'll be leading by Example. Inspiring and motivating your team to provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.

Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to boost store sales, optimise inventory, and increase profitability.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, creating a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are well-stocked, fresh, and attractively displayed.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organised store.

Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and personalised shopping experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions and set and track performance goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail software.
