About Our Client

You will be joining an award winning successful and growing business that specialise in crop production and grain marketing in the UK. They have over 1000 employees and a turnover of more than 1.5 million. They are passionate about customer focus, integrity and providing expertise. Our client is looking for someone to join the team on a full-time permanent basis in their Sandy office.

About the Role

The primary responsibility within this role is to provide a first-class service to our storage depots, acting as a liaison for stocking requirement. You'll be responsible for other various duties like: review & administer daily orders, cross check incoming invoices, work with the internal Operations team, build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain any internal records in line with GDPR guidelines. In addition to this, you will also be assisting with other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

You will either need to have previous experience in international supply chain/operations administration or you simply have strong admin skills, experience in inputting data and dealing with customers. It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail. Ideally, the right candidate will have at least two years of logistics/supply chain administration in the food/agriculture industry. You will need strong IT skills in Excel and other logistic related software/systems.
