About our Client
We are excited to be working with a successful, forward-thinking online garden retailer business who are looking for people with an interest in horticulture to join their team. Our client is a successful business, growing plants across 16 acres with a packhouse on site too.

About the Role
The role will involve learning how a nursery operates day-to-day. You will support general plant care, learn about health and safety procedures, and always maintain cleanliness. You will be involved in crop walking, where you will learn about pest and disease monitoring, irrigation and applying feeds across 100's of different varieties. As the role progresses you will support within more areas in the nursery.

The Ideal Candidate
This is a great role for someone looking to start a career in horticulture. You will have a qualification of some form in horticulture or a related subject, with a passion to learn. You have to enjoy working outdoors, be willing to learn and work well as part of a team. The business is committed to training passionate individuals, and there is also an opportunity to get your spray certificates too.
