The Role

You'll be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring all orders meet customer requirements while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing staff rotas, training, and performance management
• Ensuring efficient stock control, loading, and unloading
• Maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Working with other departments to streamline processes
• Managing equipment maintenance and compliance checks

About You

• Experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Must have experience with perishable goods
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
• Experience with stock management systems (e.g., Prophet) is a plus
