Salary - £26,000 to £28,000
Hours Monday - Friday (8:00 - 18:00) occasional weekend cover

I am currently working with one of the leading Fresh Produce processers within the UK, who supply into some of the leading UK Supermarkets. With high quality at the forefront of what they do, this business is an incredibly reputable Organisation that are looking to expand their team.

About the Job
Yard - Store Manager will directly report into the Packhouse Manager working in the goods in department, taking full responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the goods in area. Main duties include staff rotas, cold storage and stock control. Ensure effective utilisation of packhouse cold storage areas and observes proper loading/unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods in order to prevent product damage.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and be able to manage a team of up to 15 full time staff. You will be able to deliver proficient KPI management and training to new and temporary staff. You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate your organisational skills.
