About Our Client

Based in Lincolnshire, our client is a grower, packer, and supplier of fresh produce. Growing across farms in Lincolnshire, they specialise in growing Leeks, Kale and Brassicas. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Trainee Manager to join their farming operation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planting and harvest operation of leeks and kale. You will support the management of a small team and be excited to learn all aspects of growing high-quality crops. During the quiet season, there is an opportunity to travel abroad and see the operation elsewhere.

The Ideal Candidate

The opportunity is ideal for someone looking to start their farming career. You will have a relevant qualification in agriculture and some form of exposure to growing fresh produce. You will be keen to progress your farming career and have a passion for the industry.
