Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Hours: 40 hours per week (including some weekends)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant food team. You'll be cooking, maintaining high food standards, and delivering great customer experiences that keep visitors coming back for more.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, following recipes and menus.

• Ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.

• Managing stock levels and assisting with deliveries to keep the kitchen well supplied.

• Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.

• Supporting menu planning and contributing new ideas to keep the offering fresh and exciting.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for food, fresh ingredients, and delivering great-tasting meals.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A team player who thrives in a busy environment and communicates well.

• Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings as required.
