About Our Client
Our client supplies leading UK and Spanish retailers with a wide range of cut, bunched and potted fresh herbs. Entering the herb market in 2012 our client built on their long history and expertise in innovation, growing, packing and supply of fresh produce to reinvigorate the herb category. From supplying under a million packs of cut herbs in its first year they now supply more than 40 million packs to retailers across the UK and Spain.
About the Role
To support the delivery of budgeted volume & profit targets for the given customer account. To support the delivery of superior & winning customer relationship management. To provide accurate customer intelligence data to key internal business contacts.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the fresh produce industry and a commercial background. You will have good communication & influencing skills, work well within an External Sales environment, and possess selling, time management, and organizational skills. Ideally, you will possess a general enthusiasm, operate under pressure, work tight deadlines and be a strong team player.
To be considered for this role, at a minimum, you will need to have experience in the commercial fresh produce industry or have a relevant degree.
The successful applicant will move through a two-stage interview process.
