About Our Client
Our client is a regional landscaping service provider who has ambitions for further growth. They pride themselves on the quality of service that they offer their customers and they have an excellent reputation. They offer a variety of services including winter maintenance, arboriculture and grounds maintenance.

About the Role
This role is all about closing sales on contracts and tenders with clients spending ~£500k+ annually. You will utilise your experience in tender management, the sales process and the sector to deliver profitable new business. You will also work closely with existing high-level accounts to deliver increased revenue and maximise the commercial results within the business. You will have a solid understanding of the delivery of contracts and projects to ensure the business reaches its ambitions.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from a grounds maintenance and landscaping background and have a proven track record of delivering sales and new business. Big tender and negotiation experience will help this person deliver the commercial results required for the business to hit their growth plans. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to close £500k+ contracts and develop business with existing accounts. You will understand the sector and costs to serve to ensure business growth is profitable. You will work closely with the operations director and team to deliver key contracts and sustainable business growth.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have significant experience in delivering commercial contracts in a relevant sector. You will be a strong communicator and be able to form long term relationships with customers. You will be willing to travel nationally and be able to travel to the office in the East of England once a week.

Salary
~£50k DOE
