We are looking for an exceptional project manager who can help us design, build, and manage our next-generation production facilities. You will be working with our engineering director and a team of talented engineers, contractors, and operators to deliver complex and multidisciplinary construction projects.

As Project manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of a major construction project expanding the indoor growing facility
- Coordinate all aspects of the project, from design to commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, and budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, statutory bodies, and operations team
- Oversee the site management team and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and risks
- Develop and implement solutions for design requirements and changes
- Prepare and communicate project documentation and reports
- Attend and lead meetings with third-party contractors
- Assist the wider design team with cost options and valuations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant project management experience in construction, preferably in food or process industries
- Sound understanding of the characteristics of projects over their lifecycle
- Ability to lead medium to large-sized general construction, fit-out, or process contracts
- Ability to think logically and creatively for day-to-day tasks and problem-solving
- Sound judgement and integrity to make decisions and take actions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Passion for setting challenging personal goals and achieving them
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and determination to succeed
- Openness and curiosity for new ideas and approaches from inside and outside the organization
- Willingness to learn from people with different backgrounds and perspectives
