Are you looking for more autonomy or a role where you can put your stamp on something?

We're on the lookout for a fresh produce buyer who can help a team succeed whilst delivering savings and securing supply for their own categories.

You'll get loads of autonomy to build relationships with growers and negotiate commercial agreements.

The team members will look to you to lead them and negotiate while they focus on the day-to-day ordering, supply issues and volumes. Leaving you free to make an impact on the business., whilst getting loads of support.

There'll be some downsides... There will be peaks to navigate and issues with volumes, supply, and quality, as well as some weekend work...this is the world of fresh produce after all. You'll also need to be able to travel internationally and spend some time away from home.

But, you'll be used to dealing with that to get the best products for the customers, right?

The business is relatively lean, but the small team work closely together to support one another. You'll report to the MD and work hand-in-hand in delivering for the business.

There is hybrid working available for those who prefer that mix.
