You'll be joining not only an established and incredibly successful business, but also a fantastic team of agronomists.

You'll be there to lead a team of soft fruit and top fruit agronomists across England to deliver sound technical advice and support to growers who feed our nation.

You'll be focusing your time to lead, coach and develop the agronomists in your team. As you continue to develop the offering and gain more customers, you'll also over see recruitment needs.

Whilst your priority is to get the most out of your team, you'll still get to be out on farm, developing new relationships and providing your expertise.

What do I need?
You'll already be working in a commercial agronomy role, so you'll know the pressures, rewards, and requirements of this role. You'll hold your FACTS and BASIS, you might be an expert in top fruit and soft fruit or just one, either way that's fine.

Managing teams and strong communication will come naturally to you, and your enthusiasm to support agronomists be the best they can be is what drives you.
