About the Role

As Hardy Plant Manager, you will pride yourself on giving customers the very best in product quality and choice, but also on providing them with a fantastic shopping experience through creating stunning visual displays. You will work with your team to constantly ensure stock availability, and that high standards of plant care and quality are always maintained.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a garden centre environment and be looking for a new challenge or a step up. You will have great horticulture knowledge and an interest in passing this knowledge onto colleagues and customers. You will be confident in running a small team and can train, develop, and motivate the people around you. You will have a commercial mind, knowing stock control methods, increasing add-on sales, and acknowledging areas of improvement within the plant area.
