We are excited to be working with an innovative herb farm that is now looking for a senior horticulturalist to join their team.

About our Client

Our client is a small, but busy team currently growing over 600 varieties of herbs. They sell online and to the local public and run a variety of exciting events including masterclasses, open days, and herb experiences.

About the Role

You will be part of a small team, working to grow top-quality herbs. This role will include potting up, sowing seeds and watering. You will also be ensuring the growing site is kept clean and tidy. As this is a small business, there is an opportunity to work in other areas of the operation including open days and herb experiences. This role would be well suited to some passionate about plants, with a desire to learn more.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm and passion to learn. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar environment before and understand the pressures. You must be confident in working in all weather conditions and communicating with the public.
