Horticulture Operations Manager | Kenilworth

Who are they?
Our client has been established for over 40 years, supplying high-quality plants to trade customers including landscapers, garden designer and retailers.

They grow stock on-site and buy from many leading growers across the UK and Europe.

This is a key role within the business, and they and keen to find a passionate horticulturalist to join the team.

The Role
This busy role will include being responsible for the day to day running of the leading Trade Cash and Carry and Wholesale Nursery supervising a team of six.

This role is a customer-facing role, and you will be there to advise on plants, deal with quotes, sourcing plants and provide excellent customer service.

The role is very hands-on, and no two days are the same.

You
You will be confident in working with huge varieties of plants and ideally hold your PA1/PA6.

You're a people person, happy to provide the best advice and customer service possible.

It'll be an incredibly busy, key management role but this is what you thrive on.
