About Our Client

The business we are working with have had a strong presence in the industry for a number of years. They have adapted well to a changing market and expanded their overall offering to ensure they are as relevant as possible to their customers.

About the Job

You will be reporting into the Group HR Director and the main focus of the role is to provide support and administration for a broad range of HR activities including payroll co-ordination, HRIS database administration & reporting, recruiting, staff induction and general office administration. The HR Administrator will engage directly with managers and employees to support the business.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be professionally qualified to the standard of Level 3 CIPD qualification or currently studying towards completion. You will be required to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to accurately handle a number of projects and tasks and to balance priorities to tight deadlines. A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role preferably in fresh food manufacturing or other manufacturing.
