HR Assistant | Fresh Produce | Norwich

We are working with a growing and expanding fresh produce business, who are looking to recruit an HR Assistant to cover all generalist HR duties.

The job:

The role will assist in providing a first-class, accurate and comprehensive day-to-day HR administration service, dealing with routine HR queries, and providing an all-encompassing HR administrative service for all aspects of the employee life cycle.

The candidate:

We want to hear from you if you have previous experience working in a similar HR role within the FMCG industry (ideally food/fresh produce).

Strong IT, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a UK driving licence.

You will have a positive, proactive approach to any issues and be able to recommend suitable, pragmatic solutions.
