At MorePeople, we've built a strong reputation in recruitment across the food, agriculture, and horticulture sectors - and now we need a brilliant trainer to embed excellence across our growing team.
Why Join MorePeople?

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a structured onboarding programme for recruitment consultants at different levels.
- Create tailored development plans for individuals and teams, focusing on both technical recruitment skills and softer competencies.
- Implement and track L&D KPIs to measure effectiveness and improve delivery.

- Collaborate with directors and team leaders to align training with business needs and commercial goals.
- Lead on external training partnerships where relevant and bring fresh ideas into the business.

- Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual learning experiences.
