Our client is one of regions most progressive agri-food companies with farming and food production operations throughout the world

We have been asked to help the organisation find an OUTSTANDING and very experienced Managing Director to run the Food Division

The role, based in the Middle East, is a fabulous opportunity to help build the division, together with the Group CEO, via acquisition as well as rapid organic development

The right candidate:

You will be a very experienced Managing Director with superb man management and leadership skills and ability.

You will have a passion for first class quality and customer service.

You will be a brilliant communicator with an excellent track record of success in a FOOD business in the UK and/or overseas.

You will have excellent knowledge of dealing with retailers and other customer channels.

You will have spent time in a modern and progressive food manufacturing environment as a leader and will (preferably) have experience across a number of food categories.
