About the Client
We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting National Sales Manager role with Landmark Systems. Landmark are part of the Isagri Group, a French company who are a major player in the agriculture software industry. Within the UK market Landmark has been transforming rural business management for over 30 years with their award-winning software. Supplying across national and local businesses as well as rural professionals and commercial customers their aim is to understand business needs, provide the best product and then support with ongoing training. With a range of software options, they are the premium option for any agriculture business.

About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for managing the farmers' specialist sales team covering the whole of the UK - this will be around 10 sales reps. You will be expected to help set up a sales strategy which will then be taken to market. The primary focus of this role is to ensure growth of sales whilst ensuring customer service and satisfaction is maintained to the highest possible level. You will also be encouraged to oversee recruitment and training when onboarding new salespeople.

The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a range of successful commercial experiences with a track record of new business and company growth. A strong background in team management is a must, however good agricultural knowledge is desired but not essential. You must be able to coach, nurture and support your sales team and ensure they reach their full potential. You need to be driven by results, a strong teamwork ethic and enjoy a challenge.
