Looking for an experienced Packhouse Lead to join a thriving Fruit business near Gloucester.

The role

You will manage a small packhouse team across operations and quality, there is one line in the packhouse and approximately 17 full time staff. You will report into the Farm Operations Manager and be responsible for not only the day to day management but also planning and audits.

About you

• Experience managing a team in a packhouse, supervisor, assistant manager etc
• Preferably experience with soft fruit
• Strong leadership skills
• Ideally have previous involvement within technical
• Experience with grading and packing machinery
• BRC audit experience
