Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently for clients in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and other statutory payments.
  • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from clients, employees, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.

Required

  • Previous experience in payroll processing within practice is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
